The order approved by the rental controller was restored. The case was not only a misrepresentation of the evidence, but was not read by the first appellate court, therefore, the constitutional petition was authorized The applicant was never requested for negative possession. She was the owner of the property in which she failed to prove the applicant's case. It was a long-standing litigation regarding suit property between co-owners / co-heirs which began somewhere in the year 1956/1957 and was not proposed. The applicant stated that the recipient is still alive and available, in the absence of any other evidence on record to substantiate the relationship between the parties, evidence of owning any title or respondent in any other way. The decision cannot be reversed; the request to keep the previous decision separate, accordingly was dismissed.
