Dover's money was received later by the plaintiff for the dissolution of the case filed by the plaintiff, which the trial court ruled by the plaintiff in lieu of payment of the dower money, which the plaintiff had raised that the case for dissolving the marriage. The lawsuit was filed based on bad character and cruelty of the plaintiff and the plaintiff. The defendant (husband) did not join the defendant (her husband) after the judgment of the plaintiff's validity of the case, and even before that he had claimed restitution, which shows that he owed the defendant the marriage rights. Did not allow and stressed the end of the marriage. The situation demanded a case where the plaintiff (wife) continued to claim to have dissolved the order permanently and after the marriage, she returned the money received. Because the rightful plaintiff was entitled to sue on the basis of mere fact, therefore, no illegality could be identified in the unknown verdict. As a result of which the constitutional application was dismissed due to the abortion of justice
