TOWN MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION THROUGH TOWN NAZIM versus MUHAMMAD BANARAS KHAN

Declaration of non-issuance of work permit to most bidders after auction of rights for collection of taxes on transfer of immovable property in 10, 11 and 13. Will not be obligated to complete the bid after the first or third attempt, unless the procedure prescribed under Rr 11 and 13 of the Punjab Local Government (Auction of Acquisition Rights) Rules, 2003 is completed. Then the final authority to accept or reject the bid rests with the Local Council and the local government shall be appointed by a local council committee or administration. Such a bid cannot be validated if it is appropriate and there is no scope for additional rules.
