Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/109/148/149 bail, grant of further inquiry was made in the dark hours of the night; during the course of the investigation, the applicant's mother-in-law received a response version. It is claimed that on the night of the incident, the wife of the accused was abducted by the victim's mother-in-law and claimed to have abused her and pursued the accused along with the male members of her family. In the process, the deceased received a firearm injury and the death's blood; however, during the investigation, the cross version was canceled. Investigating officer found that the suspect was not present at the time of the incident. While the police's opinion could also be taken into consideration when deciding on a bail plea, it was not yet decided which version of the two was the correct case for further investigation in the scope of section 497 (2). The CCP, after being in favor of the accused, granted him a bail exception.
