Section 47 Applicants seeking relief from court to determine decree holder bank's share in the forced sale price of assets held jointly with another financial institution, Section 47, between CPC There is no difference when it comes to regulators and `` judgment liability '' when it comes to requesting the jurisdiction of the implementing court, it is the one who holds the injunction to enforce its decree against the decision maker. The court comes, however, there is no restriction against it. The purpose of the legislature is to provide the decision-maker with an opportunity to file an objection, whether the decree stops the execution of the request and the decision maker has to file an objection and begin the process of execution. On the contrary, in some other ways it satisfies this interpretation, so the opposite viewpoint is limited. On the petition under Section 47, the ban on the filing of an objection to a dissent against the object and intention of the Legislature, section 47, the CPC, in the absence of a request for execution, renders the decision-makers irrevocable. They were in a position to have no treatment and forum to resolve their complaint. Implementation of an injunction includes proceedings initiated by the court order taker and the debtor. n
