All the suspects assassinated the complainant by striking them with sharp weapons on different parts of his body, therefore, all the accused were sentenced under Sections 324 and 149, PPC. And in the exercise of the jurisdiction of the appeal, the High Court has also sentenced to five years imprisonment and the trial court has sentenced the appeal.
