ASAD AZIZ versus BAHAUDDIN ZAKARIA UNIVERSITY THROUGH VICE-CHANCELLOR

Article 199 Constitution Petition Policy, Replacing the Vested Right Petitioner, was a candidate for admission to the University of Engineering and was disappointed with the withdrawal of the admission policy in the self-finance scheme that the petitioner said the provincial government was self-financing. The scheme should be prevented from being denied entry. Legitimate authority can change the policy and since it did not have any jurisdictional rights, it cannot be said that the High Court does not have the authority to formulate a policy or to change the same syndicate. The university had also approved the directive issued by the provincial government applicant, which failed to identify the violation of its rightful call in favor of interfering with the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction.
