Section 308 Testimony of evidence Testimony was a blind murder Upon hearing the sound of the incident, the prosecution witness proceeded to the incident room and, after coming out of the said room, arrested the accused and locked him in the room while the accused. It was alleged that he made the accusation. No other evidence was supported by firing on the straight version of the prosecution witnesses, killing his wife. According to the investigating officer, he arrested the accused seven days after the incident and recovered a pistol at his identification. There is no question about the arrest of the accused, even by eyewitnesses and the suspect in the incident. The entire CCP's evidence regarding the involvement of the accused was also filed before the accused, who was suspected that the prosecution's witnesses were unnecessary against the accused because of his behavior and his evidence. Some independent pieces of evidence required strong coordination, which was the case in which the accused was accused of recovering a missing pistol and could not be used as a positive report from the Forensic Science Laboratory because of the pieces of evidence. The accused was alleged to have taken advantage of the suspect and was acquitted.
