Sec & 42 & 54 54 The Claimant for the Declaration and Order of Defamation claimed that the store described in the sale was sold by the shopkeeper from whom he had purchased it through a registered sale deed. The written statement denied the allegations of denial. The dispute was that Tara and Chaja were not part of the shop, nor were they transferred to the shopkeepers, and then the documents presented on the record showed that Thara and Chaja never claimed to be part of the shop.
