Section 302 (6) / 34 Definition of Evidence The benefit of doubt is that the story narrated by the complainant and the prosecutor's witness was completely incomprehensible and he did not appeal to argue that in the presence of so many persons the accused managed to escape and None of them could be arrested, there was nothing on record that someone chased the accused and tried to stop them. The complainant confessed that his mother was living alone in his house and his daughter-in-law and his parents were staying at his parents' house because of some differences with him. In those days the husband worked in another city, the complainant did not raise any motive for the incident which forced the accused to have some disagreement with his mother-in-law, his sister-in-law, her co-worker. The accused did not partner to take his own life. The victim's co-accused was not named by the complainant in the complaint and was subsequently included in the FIR. The son was slaughtered by the victim. During the trial, all the accused also confessed their innocence to the accused woman. And said he was charged with a false alternative and it was alleged that there was no evidence against the accused and he failed to prove the crime wrong. And, beyond reasonable doubt, to bring the crime to the house, both appeals were allowed, the trial court convicted and sentenced the accused and they were acquitted.
