Article 199 Constitution Petition The applicant for a claim for payment of work for the work done by the applicant requested that he pray for payment of the work as per the contractor as submitted by the department. The comments from the contractor revealed that the applicant did not comply with the department on the court paper on the terms. And the terms of the contract; and the applicant also failed to submit a Certificate of Completion / Clearance through the Audit Department, and the applicant's bill will be considered after the fulfillment of these requirements when the applicant did not meet the legal requirements. The petitioner was repeatedly summoned, but no one was present on his behalf by the Court High Court in his constitutional jurisdiction, comments made by the department, and the applicant's controversial claims filed in the constitutional petition. Could not decide on the contentious question of facts.
