The suit was to record his passport and his entries through the defense documents relating to the land, stating that he was not a signatory to such an agreement and that his signatures were falsely questioned whether the defendant was in Pakistan. Whether or not the determination will not be required in the relevant time, the question to be considered is whether the defendant signed such an agreement or not but the written statement due to the absence of the defendant from Pakistan at the relevant time.
