Or the application for the appointment of the recipient of the suit property, was not to be entered into and the unedited order itself had to consider the material / particulars which clearly stated that the request for approval of the provisional injunction was granted The order was approved on. Regardless of the nature of any request, which was heard by the single judge, the unanticipated order itself indicated the request to temporarily postpone the order, and the same was approved Court appeals were allowed, along with a number of injunctions, and a judge was requested to re-read the parties on all pending petitions and to decide the same in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law.
