H.B.L. versus CRESCENT SOFTWEAR PRODUCTS (PVT.) LTD.

Sections 9 and 10 of the Contract Act (IX of 1872), section 129 apply for defense of a suit for recovery of debt amount by the defendant's failure to provide such financial assistance by the defendant plaintiff. The refusal to execute the letter of guarantee was that the restoration of the financial support after his bail was relieved of his obligation. The responsibility of the contract between the lender arises freely in such letter of guarantee for future transactions, variations, conversions and art. Includes an update. Such a guarantee will not be relieved of the defendant's guarantee of liability under which the suit was jointly and severally ordered against the guarantor and principal debtor.
