MUHAMMAD IQBAL versus N. K. RICE MILLS (PVT.) LTD. THROUGH JOINT OFFICIAL LIQUIDATORS

Section 316 (2) of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXXXI Company, must make a civil claim against such company before a court of competent jurisdiction. Decisions regarding such claims were to be filed earlier and the court authorized by the Company's official liquidator to decide the claims under OXXVII gave the CPC to the claimant. Have to listen and decide. Avoidance must be heard by a Bench of the High Court Companies, which was not endorsed by any law, the trial court's return to the plaintiff in such case was false and misunderstood.
