Section 15 (1) (m) of Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 2003, R68 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition Election Tribunal, in a previous decision, disqualified the applicant, a retired candidate in the municipal elections. The 2001 election was lost, so under this obligation, he did not file a statement of expenses for the election and thus he Njab under Section 152 of the rules of the Local Government Ordinance 2001 (1) (m) did not face disqualification.
