ALAMGIR KHAN versus HAJI ABDUL SITTAR KHAN

Section 115 of the Special Relief Act (Constitution of 1877), Articles 42 and 54 of the amended retention by the following courts did not find the misrepresentation or the reading of evidence under the apex court nor under the High Court. There was a jurisdictional error in the court's decisions. However, after reviewing the material on record, it was finally concluded that there was no substance to the applicant's claim, that the review of the circumstances was not sustained.
