Article 3 (3) Appeal for Leave for Appeal While seeking a leave of appeal against refusing to review the previous order during the restriction request, the applicant was, in fact, seeking the aforementioned previous order leave. The final issue was made over time - when the order mentioned in the review was uncertain because refusing to review it would not have any new period in the range to challenge it when the previous order was passed.
