ABDULLAH versus MUHAMMAD HAROON

Section 42 The lawsuit filed for the declaration of protection of the state's land from the fraudulent transfer in favor of the plaintiff in which it was claimed that he had no rights or title to the suit land. No duty was put in place to take the trouble to file a lawsuit. The relevant authorities were brought under fraud, which gave the verdict in favor of the defendant, only the government could challenge that decision, no such complaint was filed by the plaintiff.
