The plaintiff had invested $ 650 million with the joint venture of the joint venture claimant with 650 dealers and had set up 46 Samsung Plazas. The special Samsung retail lets Lets Plaintiff had invested heavily in the purchase of expensive molds and the state of the art firm had borrowed Rs 106 billion for Joint Venture which could be obtained from the market for the plaintiff.
