Sections 302 and 377 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 6 murder charges, unnatural offenses and terrorism accused were excluded from bail and their application filed under Section 265, CRPC. It was also observed that this is not a case. For the cancellation of the bail and the case was not heard by the Anti-Terrorism Court, the prosecution's prosecution was in four parts. Oh, the kid was kidnapped. Secondly, he was charged with unnatural crime. Third, he was killed. And finally his body was hidden in a bag and thrown into a rhinoceros drain to remove the evidence. The trial certainly covered the definition of Section 6 of the General Section of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. In the circumstances there was no jurisdiction to prosecute. The trial court was set aside with the direction to file a report before the Anti-Terrorism Court jurisdiction.
