Section 10 Defend Sue for Debt Recovery Reality and Legal Disputes Recording Bank has claimed that the collection of funds amounting to Rs 65,713,964 from the date fixed by the State Bank of Pakistan The bank has also asked to be associated with the bank until the entire amount is received. Defendant's mortgaged property sale and defendant alleged that the bank illegally and inadvertently received markup / profit for more than the agreed period and paid penalty with markup / profit on it. And on other allegations without authority, the defendant also claimed that the payments made by the bank for the purpose of adjusting the financing facilities for illegal purpose were taken up by the bank for defense.
