The petitioner seeking equality with the constitutional application of Arts 199 and 25 has sought the authorities for a special judicial allowance for the verification record, which shows that similar High Court employees, Punjab Bar Councils The Office, the Attorney General of Pakistan, the Federal Tax Ombudsman and federal employees were receiving benefits to the Ombudsman, but the petitioner and his accomplices were being denied the same action by the authorities which violated Article 25 of the Constitution and was filed as a field petitioner. Could not be allowed to remain in the US and work in the Federal Service Tribunal's offices. One of those was entitled to relief. Claiming that the High Court directed the authorities to extend the benefit of the allowance to all applicants and all employees of the Federal Service Tribunal from the day the Attorney General of Pakistan's employees were granted the permission to apply under it.
