MUHAMMAD YOUNUS versus DIVISIONAL CANAL OFFICER, LODHRAN CANAL DIVISION, MULTAN

Could not be solved using and could fall into the grip of constitutional jurisdiction. The first order, the Divisional Canal Officer, concluded that the respondents' dispute was disputed, while in the second order they accepted the contradiction of the respondents without detailed reasoning in the constitutional jurisdiction.
