XXXVII, for the receipt of R 2 suit amount, the plaintiff contended that the defendant issued a pay order in his favor but was later canceled, as a result, the plaintiff could not receive the suit amount of Rs 65,000. Because the pay order could not be broken the suit was dismissed. The appellate court accepted the appeal and passed an order of Rs 65,000, which is suspected that the applicant issued the pay order but then canceled it.
