Article 5 of the Constitution and Schedule (1973) of Pakistan, Article 199, the constitutional plea seeking rehabilitation of the minor plaintiff minor girl, sought Rs 5,000 monthly for her maintenance, but the Family Court granted the maintenance allowance at Rs 800 per month. Dismissed and filed by the minor plaintiff, the constitutional petitioner claimed that the defendants, who were receiving monthly salary of Rs 15,000 as salary, could easily pay restitution allowance, as per the family court's validity of Rs 800 per month. The maintenance allowance was insufficient to meet the requirement. The minor was entitled to receive Rs. 25,000 a month for his / her financial survival decision of Rs. 15,000 per month, which was minor and 2/2 years old and amended the decree passed by the Family Court. Was made and the minor care allowance was fixed at Rs. 2,500 in the first month.
