NAZAR HUSSAIN versus FAZAL ELLAHI

The failure to award the arbitration award to the Rule of Court award 31 was challenged on the basis that the arbitrator's decision was acted upon and the evidence of the parties' evidence was not properly appreciated. The court dismissed the appellate court's permit. Appeal and trial court decisions and decrees were set aside that were never ruled by the court and their credibility was lost, the disputed property was not physically distributed as was awarded by the award arbitration award. The photocopy, which was kept on the record, does not appear to have been dealt with by the authorities in the letter and spirit as well as in the real context. The High Court refused to interfere with the review jurisdiction.
