Article 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition for issuing directives for registering applicant's claim and payment applicant who was a lame and disabled elderly woman opened an account in the Society and deposited various amounts. On such occasions when the applicant approached the office of the liquidation board and inquired about the matter, the officials informed them that there was a genuine record in the office and that the applicant had filed his claim as a petitioner. Refer to the High Court. Cannot be entertained, the applicant attached the receipts submitted with the request, the board was directed to investigate. And if the applicant's account received the money and the receipts were genuine, then the claim should be filed.
