AZHAR WAHEED versus STATE

Attempts to compel Section 497 (2) Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 393 and 324 of Dacoity and Kital Ahmad Bail, the accused's grant was not named in the FIR while the accused was caught in the identity parade. Yet, the same was held one year and three months after the incident. No recovery has been made from the accused. No injuries were accepted by the complainant. The accused's case was open for further investigation of his crime within the meaning of section 497 (2). The accused had been in jail for more than six months and his trial had not yet commenced.
