Section 11 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Judiciary, applicable scope petitioner was accused of owning a disputed property, the purchase of the property from the proprietor of the disputed property cannot be approved in his favor. The applicant was dismissed as the owner of the disputed property in 1983, for lack of credibility of the taxing staff and considered the applicant to be extravagant, the petitioner reported in the Department of Revenue. Filed petitions which were also fruitless. Respondents rejected the petitioner's position and emphasized that the constitutional petition was influenced by the principle of constructive race justice as the High Court's petition on the same matter was decided in 1983, before which Remarks were given about the constitution. I pleaded in 1983 but the whole truth was not disclosed, even though the matter was decided for ownership on the disputed property, the applicant neither came to the High Court with open hands nor disclosed them to the Revenue Authority. Revealed the facts of the dismissal of a previous constitutional application. The applicant should have been able to present all the grounds of his attack in the constitutional petition but that was not done, the petition was rejected by the High Court, which was affected by the rule of the Constitutional Court.
