The two courts below the jurisdiction of the section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), the jurisdictional findings of the section 115 title, affirmed two centuries in favor of the defendants, allegedly on the basis of fraud. And the lower appellate court dismissed the case and the appeal, respectively. The conclusions filed by the plaintiffs were reached by both courts, and they were for broad reasons. No misreading or identification of the evidence was identified or any other legal weakness in connection with the decisions rendered by the courts under the auspices of interference by the High Court. The final conclusions of fact recorded by the courts below were not exempt unless it was established that there was a defect in any jurisdiction or was based on misinterpretation or reading of evidence, the elements of which were clearly stated in this case. Was lacking. Decisions and orders issued by the two courts against the plaintiffs refused to interfere in the exercise of the jurisdiction of the Amendment.
