Section 3 Subsidized Wheat Policy Applicant has taken the stand that it is a non-governmental welfare organization providing free flour to the patients and is entitled to provide stable wheat as subsidies to flour mill in Punjab, Punjab. Government of Punjab, Food Department, having exercised its power under Section 3 of the West Pakistan Food Stuffs (Control) Act, 1958, formulated a flour milling policy by which only wheat flour could be released to the subsidized wheat. That were included with the diet. The department was not entitled to sell discounted wheat / flour in the open market and the government would maintain effective control of the supply of flour and then the owners of the pricing market were entitled to sell the flour in the open market and the manner in which it was made. I like them and they were not controlled by the Food Department, because the owners were not listed with the Food Department. Order passed by a single judge in accordance with the policy under section 3 of the Food Staffs (Control) Act, 1958. It was based on proper judicial consideration that the intra-court appeal was dismissed
