Section (1) Available Urban Properties A and (Dis) Modified Outstanding Properties Scheme, 1977 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Scheme for allotment of plots, was in possession of the disputed plot of 1977. The petition was submitted in the prescribed form for the allotment of the plot, saying that the relevant department had to settle the request. The respondent took the stand that the scheme was not available to the applicant's mother in 1975 and pointed out that Chief Settlement Commissioner Seuner's authority may have been attacked, but the Member, Board of Revenue did not have the same status as Unknown Order. The respondent further asserted that the original owner of the plot had migrated. There was no construction on the neighboring country and the plot was made by his mother instead of receiving utility bills and property tax receipts. What was not proof of title was the disputed plot was state owned and did not honor anyone in possession only who was in the legal or illegal occupation scheme to manage and dispose of available civilian property, 1984 provided that such property. The occupier has the preferential right to purchase the property in accordance with the present procedure; Benefits can be taken to participate in the open auction offered under this scheme, under which the High Court refuses to interfere with the constitutional jurisdiction.
