Was not pasted nor did the PPC do so because of insufficient funds in the account for the offense of the accused under section 489F. Section 497 falls under the CRPC prohibition clause and carries a maximum sentence of three years, which has already been confirmed, before the defendant's bail is granted, under the circumstances.
