NAZIR AHMED versus STATE

Sections 262626 & 5 345 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 311 and 392 of the conviction MD and the robbery of a robbery settlement, a specific period of his sentence had been spent in jail for the accused, the victim.
