KHUDA BAKHSH versus ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE, D.G. KHAN
Section 22A & 22B Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 2012 Police Order (22 of 2002), Article 155 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition causes the disappearance of evidence under which justice of justice. Directed the relevant Section H to file a case. Under Police Order Section 1, PPC and Article 155 (c), the applicant was unreasonable and instead of confessing to the unforgivable crime, there were only entries in the journal Waqati and the investigating officer could not investigate it. Without the direction of the Magistrate Justice of the Peace, the matter was found to be wrong in approving the disapproval order.
