Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Articles 392/397/398/402/34 Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979), Section 17 West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 Gilgit Baltistan (Empowerment and Self-Governance) Order, 2009, Article 60 (13): Serious injury to commit robbery or robbery, attempt to commit death or committing robbery, unlawful and unlicensed sale or weapons and ammunition, etc. The bail, the distinction of the role assigned to the accused was not distinguished. Of the five accomplices, who were alleged by the Supreme Appeal Court, they were also entitled to the same relief. The matter was not required to be discussed in detail, so that the application for leave of appeal was received, consequently, the appeal was changed and the accused was granted bail accordingly.
