Article 61 of the Supreme Appeal Court case relating to a public project for the construction of the Highway Karakoram International University Road Notice was issued by the automotive jurisdiction, superintendent engineer and vice-chancellor of the university government, and the contractor appeared and explained this position. That he is concerned about the delay in the construction of this building. The road, which lacked funds, the contractor failed to fulfill its commitment despite the authorities' permission to construct the road. The matter was adjourned without any progress. The Supreme Appellate Court directed the department not to pay the contractor. Eventually, due to the intervention of the court, the road was completed by the department in the contract period without additional burden for the completion of the project and the court appreciated the contractor's cooperation without claiming additional charges.
