Article 65 Gilgit-Baltistan Supreme Appeal Court Rules, 2008, OV, R 3 Review Request Applicants challenged the interim order passed by the Division Bench of the Supreme Appeal Court, the Registrar of the Supreme Appeal Court raised the legal objection and Was ordered to be removed within three days. Appealed against legal objections raised by the Registrar, but was not enforceable. And was able to reject it on the basis that the contempt of court petition which was a subpoena was a matter between the court and the plaintiff and the third party would not interfere with the contempt of court. This random order was purely inward and not final. The request for review of the petition filed against the order by the petitioner was not valid until it could reach the final form and could not affect the valuable rights of the aggrieved party and that the applicant was insulted before the court. There were no parties to the court proceedings. And in these circumstances, the Supreme Appeal Court observed that if they were upset with the order passed by the competent authority, they could take advantage of the law-based remedies provided to the forum.
