Sections 302 and 324 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 (e) Qatil AMD, the conduct of possessing a weapon without a license, etc. The suspect in the value of the evidence appeared before the accused police and confessed to the crime. Has committed murder by dagger without a license and turned himself in to the police who had registered a case against him under Section 13 (e) of Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965 and the present accused in the same murder. Another FIR filed by the complainant was filed. On the same date, the FIR has mentioned the time of 30 pm in the evening filed on the basis of the alleged confession, while the FIR filed by the complaining party alleges that the incident took place on the same date. It happened at 11am which contradicted the FI. A reasonable doubt arose at the time of the incident and should have been taken to the accused, the trial court did not take into account the facts of the case.
