KHURSHID ALAM versus E.D.O. (EDUCATION) SKP

Article 212 (3) was the removal of a service charge from corruption against a public servant that he joined in 1997 as a teacher in a public school in MK, although his posting was done on the spot but the applicant's arguments. It was as if he had joined the duty of M on the spot. According to a directive issued by the authorized authority; that he served there for about ten to ten years without complaint. That he withdrew his salary against the said office and it was not feasible to prosecute the accused and that any senior official with whose consent he worked there, was charged with misconduct. No action was taken. Government servant was granted leave of appeal. Through the Supreme Court, to consider whether the allegations of mismanagement can be substantiated despite the fact that for ten years neither the authorized authority nor the Drawing and Disturbing Officer raised any objection to the said posting.
