Will be declared absent. Failed to raise any question about the importance of the public as contemplated in Article 212 (3) of the TC, which was a condition for disseminating an application filed under Article 212 (3) of the Constitution when the condition If missing, the request will be dismissed. The Supreme Court refused to interfere with the order passed by the authorities. The leave to appeal the service tribunal was denied
