The filing of a writ petition at a later stage for the enforcement of this right will not affect the benefit of the Medical Allowance entitled, which was granted in favor of the pensioners / respondents, was part of the pension benefits. When it was made, pensioners were paid and there was no question of limitation or bribe but appeals were dismissed.
