Regarding the issuance of section 13B of the Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), section 44 prohibited writing, the removal of ineligible voters for asylum seekers in Pakistan from the electoral rolls, authorities refrained from action. The petitioner has filed and filed on behalf of the plaintiff alleging that the subordinate staff of the authorities, including the entry of ineligible and fraudulent voters in the electoral rolls, have committed a number of illegal acts, the Chief Election Commissioner to correct the alleged irregularities.
