MATEEN KAMAL versus STATE

Appreciating the Proof of possession of Articles 6, 9 (c) and 29 intoxicants, a large quantity of 1948kg of marijuana was recovered from a secret storeroom built in the upper part of the bungalow in which the accused was allegedly the tenant. Residents said the store couldn't do the room. Built without the permission of the owner of the bungalow who knew all about the construction of the store to store Chars and the chars connected with the recovered Chars could not show that he had been there for a long time. Was away from his bungalow. The period of time during which the accused tenant may have constructed the shop without his knowledge even though the accused denied that he was living in the bungalow as a tenant but recovered the car of one of the suspects. The trial took place in the aforesaid court bungalow. Retained appeals were dismissed
