FURQAN QADRI versus STATE

Attempts to compile Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324134 Qatil AMD and Qutal Ahmed bail were not allowed to investigate the names of the accused, nor did any role in the FIR. The hint has been declared. The accused was produced in jail for an identity parade 21 days after the date of his arrest. The suspect remained in police custody for 16 days and was required to be open to the public at the police station, but no identification parade was held during that time. Some of the evidence may not be beneficial to the prosecution. Further investigation into the accused's case will be required as the accused was admitted on bail for alleged involvement of the accused in the commission of the alleged crime.
