The challenge was made and it was alleged that he was hiding. Asset Selection The Election Tribunal disqualifies the applicant from committing the concealment of assets. Legally the applicant's hereditary representation did not fall into the nullity of Section 12 of the Public Representation Act, 1976, a large number of the applicant's land was disclosed and disclosed thereon. The honor was inherited from her grandmother, not from personal pursuits. The mention of the underground land was omitted by the Circular Patwari by default in extracting the property records as it did not deliberately suppress its development. The mistake or omission made by the petitioner was of a minor nature and was not intentional, therefore, the representation represented was outside the scope of disqualification of the provision of section 14 (3) of the Public Act 1976. The objection is that the applicant should have corrected the error in his statement if the respondents had identified it before the Returning Officer and the nomination papers.
