Within 7 days of the nomination of witnesses to be named in XVI, Rr 1 (1) (3) and 8 witnesses, an application should be filed to seek such witnesses who have the first date for recording the evidence. 14 days before the decision is valid even if a witness is not nominated in the list, a summons or examination may be allowed, if his evidence is deemed necessary to decide the case on merit.
