QAZI NAZAM-UD-DIN versus SECRETARY FINANCE

Article 199 Constitution Petition was granted to applicants for the return of the Civil Service Benefit, Big City Allowance, but was later denied on the grounds that the institution in which they were employed was outside the municipal limits. As a result, the authorities had already started deducting allowances. The property paid to the applicants was not outside the boundary of the employee / institution and once the benefit to the government employees could not be withdrawn the applicant Big City. Is entitled to receive the allowance and the applicant has stopped paying it illegally. The High Court has directed the authorities to pay the applicants from the date of Big City Allowance when it was not allowed.
