Clause No. 4 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1973), Section 3 Intra Court of Appeal Housing The appellant's complaint to a retired employee was that the residence in question was in the possession of the plaintiff, who retired in the year 2009; Was raised by the appellant. Under Rule 4 of the Policy for Residential Allotment to Railways \ Officers, 2002, a retired officer could maintain public residence for only six months; after a valid 6-month period, the respondent was only dispersed and was given accommodation. The appellant was already allowed to remain in the state in question, and if the authorities want to rescind any order passed by him, he has to explain the reasons for his leave and any such reasons. The order passed by the single judge was set aside and restored in favor of the appellant who passed. Intra-court appeal was allowed
